New Year, new wannabes

     it's a new year and a new year means resolutions and resolutions usually mean that the gym becomes insanely crowded. but let's not get discouraged those resolution-ites will dwindle by february and only the serious will remain running. we can do it! we are the serious! so let's fight thru the crowds and lose those christmas cookies that we ate and run, walk, glide our way past those wannabes.  and hey...maybe we will pick up a new-be gym friend by february to join our blog.

things to look forward to at the gym this month NEW CLASSES... 
they've hooked us up with two new classes 
...CENTERGY a combo of pilates, yoga and tai chi.
...ACTIVE a combo of kick, power and step.
...and an intro to spin class (i am going to figure this spin thing out this year!)


things to keep us going this year...
...vacations!!! i've got miami and bahamas around the corner. 
and i know that some of you have bikini vaca's ahead as well.
...weddings!!! it's your year! everyone is looking at you!
and if it's not your year...you'll still want to look nice in your dress.
...milestone birthdays!!! some of us may be turning the 3-0. (ok..maybe just me)


ready? let's go! we can do it! 
everyone is about to encounter a HOT new year!

Ah spin class. It's been a secret dream of mine to be in such great shape that I could teach a spin class. But right now I'd settle to be able to get off the bike right away and skip home!

And yeah, just have patience b/c over time "the others" won't be coming back to the gym and you'll have your regular space back. :)
